FirstSnus.com offers a 14-day return period.
If your return falls under our policy, FirstSnus will refund the amount you paid for the product and/or service as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the product has been returned or you inform us of your intention to return a service. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. FirstSnus.com will cover the cost of sending replacement products and/or services.
In your message to us, you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The return period is counted from the day you received the full product or a significant part of it. If you purchased a customized product or one with significant personal customization, the return period begins the day FirstSnus.com informs you about the product.
You do not qualify for our return policy if:
The service you purchased commenced with your consent during the return period.
The price of the service purchased fluctuates with the financial market (e.g., stock options).
Due to the physical nature of the service, it cannot be returned.
The product’s seal of authentication has been broken or opened.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as nicotine pouches cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
When returning a product/service:
You are obliged to keep the product/service in the same condition as when delivered. You must not have used the product/service, but you have the right to inspect its condition upon delivery. If any damage or harm is caused to a product during your inspection, it will no longer qualify for the return policy.
